Laneway Festival 2024 is just around the corner, promising a stacked lineup and an unforgettable experience.

This year, the epic events will be headlined by Stormzy, Dominic Fike and Steve Lacy, the first two headliners being festival exclusives. Steve Lacy also announced sideshows to accompany his festival appearances, performing two headline dates at the Sydney Opera House.

With the fezzy set to kick off this weekend at Brisbane Showgrounds before moving on to stops in Sydney, Auckland, Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth, we’ve rounded up all the essential details that you need to know ahead of Laneway 2024.

When Do Gates Open?

Gates open at 11:30 am in all cities except Perth, where the gates open at 11 am.

Food & Drink

Stay fueled and hydrated with various food options catering to Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, and dairy-free diets. Free drinking water stations are available; bring a clear, non-metal water bottle to refill throughout the day.

To ensure everyone's safety, the following items are prohibited:

  • Buses: Direct services from Lidcombe, Strathfield, Parramatta

  • Rideshare: P2 Car Park (Aquatic Centre)

Melbourne

  • Trains & Trams: Convenient transportation to Flemington Racecourse

  • Rideshare & Taxi: Epsom Road for drop-off, Racecourse Road for pick-up

  • Parking: Check Metro Trains for schedules and routes

Brisbane

  • Train: Bowen Hills or Fortitude Valley stations

  • Buses: Regular services; main stops on Bowen Bridge Road and St Paul's Terrace

Auckland
