Keyboardist, bass player, vocalist and drum programmer Yeo has a new single, Icarus, from his forthcoming album, due towards the end of the year, and will be showcasing the single and previewing tracks from the album when he tours the east coast in October.
The tour comes off the back of two months spent writing in Iceland, but this year has also seen the Melburnian appearing with Peking Duk at Stereosonic 2015 as well as performing at Canadian Music Week and in the US. In November he will be joining the huge bill at the Panacea at Riverview festival in Tatong in rural Victoria.
Andrew Yeo has been making music a long time but it wasn't until he released a track titled Girl, late in 2013, that he really began to make an international impact. The adoption of pop glitches and drawling vocals was a huge change in direction for him, and it stuck. His previous single, Quiet Achiever, has been streamed through Spotify more than 150,000 times.
