Well, actually he's given us six. And they're pretty common sense, but it's not a bad mantra to live your tours (or your life) by:

1. Sleep when you can.
2. Try and be healthy… try.
3. Try and be healthy.
4. Try not to have too much fun... again, try.
5. Make sure you have heaps of fun.
6. Look out for each other.
