Flume and Emoh will be spinning some new tracks live
What So Not
Sydney duo What So Not, comprised of Chris 'Emoh' Emerson and Harley 'Flume' Streten have punched out a new EP called The Quack that's set for release Friday 14 June via Sweat It Out locally and OWSLA (Skrillex's label) overseas.
The first single from the EP is also called The Quack and features NY rapper Action Bronson, beat-maker Blood Diamonds and introduces D Mac, the latest young rap export from Queens. The instrumental version of the track was released last week as part of a strategy that will see a release of the dub version of the EP ahead of the official release date on Friday 17 May.
While Streten is kicking up a storm as Flume, Emoh is taking over What So Not duties, playing an EP tour of DJ sets across all major cities, some regional areas and New Zealand. When the two eventually reunite, they will do so as the What So Not live show.
