What Separates St Kilda Festival From Others

You only have to take a quick glance at this year’s St Kilda Festival line-up to know they’ve assembled some of the best local talent around.

It’s not just the epic line-up that separates the annual festival from others, though, with festival producer Adele Denison stating it’s “unique for so many reasons”.

“It’s all free, all about Australian music, it’s on Melbourne’s favourite beach and everyone is welcome,” Denison said of the event, which this year boasts The Jezabels, Maddy Jane and more.

“Having been around for 38 years now, for many Melbournians going to St Kilda Festival has been a rite of passage, and an enduring summer tradition.

“It’s also a great way for those not from Melbourne to discover a slice of local life and music – so many memories are made here every year and we’re excited for what’s to come on February 11.
