More Russell Morris More Russell Morris

The final touches have been made to this year's West Coast Blues 'N' Roots Festival bill and it's looking mighty fine indeed.

The final four acts to be added to the line up for 2013 might not be the biggest names on the bill, but it sees the event ensuring the quality of the acts they book is yet again absolutely supreme.

The Music Maker Foundation line up of Ironing Board Sam, Pat Wilder, Dr. Burt and Major Handy, with backing musicians Albert White, Nashid Abdul Khaaliq and Ardie Dean will bring a variety of blues and roots styles in the purest form you're ever likely to see. Legendary Australian rocker Russell Morris will be on board showcasing his cracking new blues record Sharkmouth as well as a bunch of old favourites no doubt, while a couple of up and coming guns Brothers Grimm and Sticky Fingers round things out.

They join the likes of Paul Simon, Robert Plant, Iggy & The Stooges, Ben Harper & Charlie Musselwhite, Santana, Steve Miller Band, Wilco, Chris Isaak, Bonnie Raitt, Jimmy Cliff, Michael Kiwanuka, Status Quo and so many more. This is most likely the biggest bill the event has seen, quite fitting given it's their tenth anniversary, so you might want to grab a ticket very soon.
