Weezer Profile

US rockers Weezer are returning to Australia and New Zealand in 2027, bringing their massive The Gathering Tour to our shores.

For the first time in 14 years, Weezer will deliver their full headline set to Australia (they last visited the country for last year’s Good Things, where they were a festival exclusive). And they’re bringing special guests, Semi-Charmed Life rockers Third Eye Blind and Stacy’s Mom outfit Fountains of Wayne along for the ride, both of whom will make their New Zealand debut.

The tour begins at Perth’s RAC Arena on Wednesday, 24 February. It continues at Adelaide’s AEC Arena on Friday, 26 February; Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on Sunday, 28 February; Sydney’s Afterpay Arena on Tuesday, 2 March; and concludes at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Thursday, 4 March.

Following the Australian shows, Weezer and co. will travel to New Zealand and perform at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Sunday, 7 March.

Pre-sale and general sale tickets go on sale next week. The Weezer fan club and Destroy All Lines pre-sales open on Wednesday, 4 November, at 9 am and 10 am local time, respectively. Head to the Weezer website or sign up here for more details.

The venue/ticketing pre-sale goes live on Thursday, 5 November, at 9 am local time, followed by the general sale on Friday, 6 November, at 9 am local time. Tickets will be available via the Destroy All Lines website.
