The Melburnian melodic hardcore outfit have three shows remaining for 2014
Melbourne-bred melodic hardcore quintet Confession are finishing 2014 on a strong note, unleashing their incendiary new clip for latest single March 23 as they wrap up the calendar year with a handful of final gigs in New South Wales.
Taken from third studio full-length Life And Death, a lyrically intimate account of the past two years in the life of frontman Michael Crafter, March 23 is a fittingly personal track, dedicated to Crafter's daughter, its accompanying video sublimely realised with flame-engulfed visual flair.
The album is, somewhat unsurpisingly, the band's best commercial performer to date, netting a peak position of #19 on the ARIA Albums chart and setting them on the path to take 2015 by force from the get-go.

Before the sun sets on 2014, though, Confession are presently rounding up their year with a series of live shows - having already blitzed Melbourne and Adelaide, they hit Sydney's Hot Damn! on Thursday 18 Dec, Wollongong's Roadtrip on Friday 19 Dec, and Parramatta's Afterlife on Saturday 20 Dec.
Life And Death is out now via Resist Records. For more information about Confession's remaining few shows for the year, hit up theGuide or see The Music App.
