Swapping out Anselmo for adorable, the latest upload from the O'Keefe Music Foundation will make your day.

A nine-year-old girl crushes a cover of Pantera's Becoming in the latest upload from the O'Keefe Music Foundation.

The vocalist who is credited under the name K8 steps into Phil Anselmo's shoes and absolutely nails it. Swapping out Anselmo for adorable absolutely works on the vocal front, and the performances of K8s OMF bandmates are enough to make any jaded metalhead smile.

The band consists of 7-year-old Fuzz on the 'garbage-can-of-doom', 13-year-old bass player Maynard Vannatta, 15-year-old lead guitarist Landon Siebens, 16-year-old rhythm guitarist Logan Toleman and 16-year-old drummer Evan Harris, and they do a brilliant job of recreating the stomping soundscape of the Far Beyond Driven original.

The video is a lot of fun too, with the kids clearly having a blast.

The upload was fortuitously timed too, coming days before surviving Pantera members Phil Anselmo and Rex Brown revealed plans for a reunion tour in 2023.

It's not the first time that the O'Keefe Music Foundation has covered Pantera either, back in February the OMF kids uploaded a cover of Cowboys From Hell track Domination. That cover features a dominant performance from10-year-old Colt M. Shedden doing his best Phil Anselmo impersonation, while the rest of the incredibly talented young band, give it everything they have, resulting in the police turning up to respond to a noise complaint!
