Swedish black metal extremists Watain have joined the Century Media Records roster.
Renowned for their dark aesthetic and uncompromising approach to pushing the boundaries of black metal, Watain formed in 1998 and have since released four studio albums, the most recent being 2010’s Lawless Darkness. The band are reportedly working on a new album due out in 2013 via His Master's Noise in collaboration with Century Media Records.

And with the things that we have in mind for the future, it looks like it will be just so. Just wait and see, f***ers! Loud and terrible shall the trumpets of Devils sound..."
Watain were in the country earlier in the year as part of the Soundwave festival.
