Live Music Returning To Bondi As Part Of Major Free Event

Kicking off next weekend!

Marking the first major outdoor music event at Bondi since lockdown, Ocean Lovers Festival will take over the iconic beach next week.

The free festival will be headlined by “ocean loving band” Pacific Avenue, who will be joined by Erthlings, Billy Otto, Declan Kelly, Jane Walker, Matt Doyle and Chase Zera.

It all kicks off from 1:30pm next Saturday, March 12, at Bondi Park North with all acts set to perform on a solar-powered stage.

The music line-up is part of the bigger Volvo Ocean Lovers Festival of Ideas, Art + Music and Actions, which is an ocean inspired event with free entertainment all weekend.

Its festival hub, located in Bondi Park, will host a market showcasing ocean friendly products and ideas, art installations and ocean science talks and workshops as well as a beach clean, sunrise yoga and underwater drones to drive off North Bondi.

The festival will also feature a special outdoor sunset screening of the film Girls Can’t Surf with world champion Bondi surfer Pauline Menzcer in attendance on the Saturday night.
