Vegas Rayz & Joel Turner Team Up For Queensland Gigs

Described as “the band that Brisbane built”, Vegas Rayz are currently delivering “a new musical tour de force” across Queensland.

The brainchild of the KIIS 97. FM breakfast show, the group’s members were handpicked by local pop luminaries Sheppard alongside Brisbane music fans, before being named by Ella Hooper of Killing Heidi fame. Adam Thompson of Chocolate Starfish also signed on as band mentor.

Their current run of shows sees them team up with acclaimed Aussie muso and World Beat-Boxing Champion Joel Turner.

Following a performance at Brisbane’s iconic Breakfast Creek Hotel last month as part of the venue’s People’s Day 2022 Flood Appeal, Vegas Rayz, joined by Turner, will perform at Twin Towns Show Room on April 17 (details here) and The Triffid on April 24 (details here).
