The veteran musician returns Down Under for two shows this coming March
Venerated US-bred, Iceland-based troubadour John Grant has announced a pair of headline sideshow dates to complement his forthcoming Australian jaunt for next year's Golden Plains festival, naming additional gigs in Melbourne and Sydney next year.
The veteran singer-songwriter — who has recently released his third full-length album, Grey Tickles, Black Pressure (out via Bella Union/PIAS) — will hit up Melbourne's Forum Theatre on Sunday 13 March, heading up to perform at Sydney's Metro Theatre on Wednesday 16 March.
Both shows will have ticket pre-sales ahead of general release; for Melbourne, the early sale runs from 12pm (AEDT) today, 21 October, until 4pm (AEDT) Friday 23 October, via the venue, while Sydney's pre-sale (via Ticketek) has been open since 9am (AEDT) this morning, closing up at the same time tomorrow, 22 October.
General-release tickets go on sale for Sydney's show from 9am (AEDT) this Thursday, 22 October, with Melbourne joining the fray from 5pm (AEDT) on Friday.
