US Producer Knxwledge Announces Aus Tour Dates

In headline news for bedroom beat heads and hip-hop fans, Red Bull Academy have announced they will be touring prolific Hollywood-based producer Knxwledge, real name Glen Boothe, around the country following his performance at this year’s Splendour In The Grass.

Boothe released yet another solid album earlier this year with his debut record for the revered Stones Throw label, continuing to nostalgically look back at the future while applying his trademark contemporary spin.

He’s previously worked with Joey Bada$$ and Kendrick Lamar, and this tour will see the producer playing out his unique pastiche of soul, jazz, and hip-hop around every major city.

This is the Red Bull Academy’s first visit to Canberra on their string of club dates, including another show in July at Perth, before continuing on to Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney in early August.

He recently stopped by Stones Throw to smoke a few cigarettes and perform Jstowee off his Hud Dreems album, which you can watch below.
