US Network Picks Up 'Have You Been Paying Attention?' On Worldwide Deal

'The show has continued to get bigger each year.'

Popular Network Ten series, Have You Been Paying Attention?, has been picked up by US network CBS Studios International on a worldwide deal.

As AdNews reports, the TV giant has signed the deal with Australian TV company Working Dog Productions for the exclusive format rights, just a year after CBS acquired Network Ten.

Have You Been Paying Attention? has proved to a consistent performer for Ten after debuting in 2013 and regularly averages over 600,000 viewers.

The Tom Gleisner-hosted game show features a panel made up of popular comedians and TV and radio personalities such as Ed Kavalee, Sam Pang, Kitty Flanagan, Celia Pacquola and Dave Hughes, where they are asked questions about news of the week.

"We love bringing Have You Been Paying Attention? to Australians every week,"  Network Ten’s Chief Content Officer Beverley McGarvey said.

"The show has continued to get bigger each year since it debuted on Ten in 2013, with this current season being the most successful to date.

"It’s fantastic that Working Dog and CBS will now be able to bring this much-loved Australian format to a broader audience."
