Unify Festival has issued a “very important weather update”, postponing sets until after extreme conditions ease.

Today's proceedings were scheduled to kick off at 2pm with a Welcome To Country before Tapestry hit the stage, but it's now expected that main stage programming will commence at 5:40pm, with Tired Lion, Dear Seattle, Make The Suffer, Silverstein, Northlane, Architects and more set to perform.

"We are working on a plan that allows all artists to still perform at the event," Unify said.

Organisers have also urged those in attendance “remove all marquee covers, walls and secure tents” due to high winds, rain and squal conditions.

"For those arriving, there is an enforced setup ban. DO NOT SET UP CAMP UNTIL AFTER 4pm or otherwise instructed."
