Congrats guys! You've earned it
Canberra post-hardcore five-piece Hands Like Houses have been on the up for a few years now, signing with America's Rise Records in 2012 and consequently scoring full runs on North America's Warped Tour twice as well as support slots with Pierce The Veil, Sleeping With Sirens and Silverstein. In news closer to home, the boys are having a cheer with the announcement that they've signed to local punk/hardcore label UNFD, in partnership with Rise Records, and are releasing their new single, New Romantics.
Guitarist Alex Pearson of the band says, "So excited to announce that we are now part of the UNFD family! WOOHOO! A great team, full of awesome bands and friends, we can't wait for what this next year is going to hold!"
UNFD's Luke Logemann meanwhile says, "These guys are one of the hardest working bands in the country, and they’ve won over fans all across the world for a reason. Also, I Am and New Romantics are already two of the best songs of 2015. This album is going to be huge!"
New Romantics has already been added to triple j rotation starting next week, with the band currently on the road with Lower Than Atlantis and Far Away Stables touring their upcoming album, Dissonants, due in early 2016.
