The annual Adelaide Fringe Festival has announced that the 2022 iteration will be closed out with the return of three-day rock extravaganza Under The Southern Stars.
The event, which will hit up Bonython Park next March, will feature a massive lineup of both local and international rock legends, spanning six decades of music making.
“I’m so proud of my team in securing exemption from Commission of Border Control and thankful to all the Captains of Industry, Ministers, Lord Mayors and SA Premier for their letters of support," promoter Andrew McManus explained of the feat. "We are very excited to finally be able to announce Black Rebel Motorcycle Club as an addition to the line-up,! This quadruple bill will rock our #UTSS2022 audiences to the core!"
The band will join the likes of US giants Cheap Trick, Bush, Live, Stone Temple Pilots and stacks more, including local talent like Killing Heidi, Rose Tattoo and The Superjesus.
Aus-wide fans have been told to keep their eyes out for a special announcement in the coming weeks, with the tease that a touring version of the event may be on the horizon.
Presale tickets for Under The Southern Stars go on sale from Friday, 12 November. For all the details, head to theGuide.
