'You Must Endure What You Cannot Cure' is out October 21
Legendary Aussie musician Ed Kuepper is set to release a new seven-inch EP through local indie label Tym records, it has been announced.
Titled You Must Endure What You Cannot Cure, the release will be yours to take home later this month, and is something of a personal tome for not only Kuepper but label mastermind Tim Brennan.
"Ed Kuepper is truly one of the reasons Tym guitars, and, in turn, this label even exists," Brennan wrote in a statement about the release. "I'm not going to get into who came before what and when but I am going to say, for me, punk rock, as I listen to it and believe in it, started with this man.
"The Saints were 'The Most Primitive Band in the World' and Ed and his buzzsaw SG were not only an originator of what was to follow; it remains a huge influence on everything worth listening to to this day," he continued.

"Ed has moved through many innovative musical landscapes from the Saints, to the Laughing Clowns to 30 years of solo recording and performing and, still, to this day, proves he can be original and inventive with his art."
The two-track seven-inch - which features the title track and fellow new cut Little Fiddle And The Ghost Of Xmas Future - is out on Tuesday, October 21, exclusively via Tym records. See Kuepper's Facebook page or the label's website for more information.
