Sydney and Melbourne will each see an extra appearance from the ascendant American
Ubiquitous Californian garage-rock upstart Ty Segall has added extra shows to his forthcoming Aussie tour to cope with demand, releasing a brand new video clip for good measure at the same time.
Although his previously announced sojourn was already set to be his biggest tour of the country to date, taking in a spot at the year-end Meredith Music Festival, the run has now grown by a further two shows in Melbourne and Sydney — one each, on December 15 and December 18 respectively — after the first scheduled gigs in those cities sold out.
As a kicker of Ty tastiness, he's made available the interactive video clip for most recent album Manipulator's title track, with which you can play around via his website. Check out clip director Matt Yoka's captured playthrough below:
Ty Segall's 2014 Australian tour kicks off at The Bakery, in Perth, on Thursday, December 11. See the Gig Guide or check The Music App for a full rundown of dates, venues and ticketing information.
