Feeling hot, hot, hot.
It's only days away and now triple j have revealed that the upcoming Hottest 100 countdown has already broken its own record.
"We can reveal there's 2,758,584 votes this year, officially busting last year's figure by over 370,000 votes (up nearly 15%)!" shared the youth broadcaster.
They've also revealed that New South Wales made up 29% of the voting pool, with Victoria just behind at 23%, Qld at 19%, WA at 10%, SA at 8%, overseas at 5%, ACT & Tas at 3% each and NT at 1%.
More than 60% of voters were aged 24 or younger, with the most common age being 18.
Meanwhile, of the 100 songs to play on Sunday, 65 are local, 21 artists will make their Hottest 100 debut, two artists have back-to-back tracks and eight acts will celebrate charting in the list three straight years.
The countdown takes place this Sunday 27 January from midday. Last week triple j revealed there’s only three votes separating the songs currently sitting at #100 and #101. Read about it here.
