Yesterday, triple j announced the official location of 2025’s One Night Stand — this year’s edition will be held in Busselton, Western Australia.
Touching down on Saturday, 24 May, at Barnard Park, punters will be in for a massive day and night with the biggest names in Australian music - headlining is WA’s own Spacey Jane, bringing their coastal energy to Busselton (a town that already knows it so well), alongside electronic powerhouse Luude, and more loveable acts like the Ruby Fields, Velvet Trip and 3%.
Tickets went on sale for $15 yesterday and have already sold out.
After nearly a decade since ONS has made noise in Western Australia, Busselton joins the ranks of regional towns to host triple j’s iconic concert series. Not a stranger to live music, Busselton is a popular touring destination for artists doing regional shows. The laid-back, coastal spot blends small-town charm with postcard-worthy scenery - and homes the longest jetty in Australia!
In 2025, all proceeds from ONS ticket sales will be donated to the Australian music industry charity Support Act and Australian youth music charity, The Push, alongside Undalup Association and Karri Karrak Aboriginal Corporation.
2024’s One Night Stand raised $150,000 for Support Act over the course of the event after its hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic. The festival welcomed special guests such as Cub Sport and Missy Higgins, who performed with the likes of G Flip, Ruel, DICE, and many more. Last year also marked the 20th anniversary of the One Night Stand, which first debuted in Natimuk, Victoria, in July 2004, with a lineup featuring Grinspoon, The Dissociatives, and Eskimo Joe.
Over the years, One Night Stand stages have hosted performances by beloved Aussie acts like San Cisco, Matt Corby, Flume, Middle Kids, Hilltop Hoods, and many more who have brought their raw energy to these smaller Australian towns - all for a good cause.
