You'll Be Hearing Stacks Of New Aussie Music On Triple J This Week

If you’re looking for some new local music to soundtrack another week in iso, triple j has you sorted.

The majority of new tunes added to rotation this week come from Aussie artists, with The Smith Street Band’s Don't Waste Your Anger being named the youth broadcaster’s Feature Album.

Local singer-songwriter Hayden James’ collab with Swedish duo Icona Pop, Right Time, will be getting stacks of airtime, alongside Aussie hip hop legends Hilltop Hoods with I'm Good? and triple j Unearthed talent Hope D, whose latest single, Second, is added rotation.

Fans of Aussie music will also be able to enjoy KIAN’s Every Hour, Ocean Alley’s Hot Chicken, Spacey Jane’s Straightfaced and Stace Cadet x KLP’s Energy, while girl in red’s midnight love and Juice WRLD’s Righteous are also added.

Over on the Spot Additions playlist, there’s more Unearthed music in the form of Beddy Rays’ Sobercoaster, while Bronson’s Heart Attack (feat. lau.ra), Eliott’s Circles and Glades’ Vertigo can also expect some decent airtime, joined by Canadian rockers PUP with Anaphylaxis.
