Here's what you'll be hearing this week.
A stack of new tunes have just dropped onto triple j this morning, including Hockey Dad's new album, Brain Candy.
The album is the third from the Wollongong duo and has taken out this week's Feature Album spot on the youth broadcaster.
"From stand-out slow burner Itch onwards, things take a decidedly darker and somewhat experimental(ish) turn. Keg has the band trying their hand at a reggae-infused funk rock, complete with organ sfx, while Reno and Looking Forward To The Change strip back the rock and showcase frontman Zach Stephenson’s knack for melody and thoughtful wordplay," read the review from The Music last week. Read our full review of the album here.
Added into regular rotation is Cub Sport's Be Your Man, Billie Eilish's my future (which dropped on Friday), Arno Faraji x Two Another's Just A Phase, Dope Lemon's Every Day Is A Holiday feat. Winston Surfshirt, CXLOE's 12 Steps, Snakehips & Jess Glynne's Lie For You feat. Boogie Wit Da Hoodie & DaVido, Gorillaz's Pac-Man feat. ScHoolboy Q, and Two People's Someone To Serve.
Bec Syke's Edithvale, Vacations' Panache, Biig Piig's Don't Turn Around, Love Regenerator x Steve Lacy's Live Without Your Love, and Smino, JID & Kenny Beats' Baguetti all pick up spot plays this week.
