Dope Lemon Leads First Triple J Playlist Additions For The Year

The latest Dope Lemon album, Rose Pink Cadillac, which was released last week, has taken out the first Feature Album spot of 2022 on triple j. 

Of the album, Angus Stone stated: "From my heart to Dope Lemon, this album I have really enjoyed exploring and playing with different genres and storytelling.

"Handing it over now for you to listen to, feels so magical… and I hope you enjoy it, as much the joy that I put into its existence.”

Pop icon The Weeknd's highly anticipated Dawn FM was allocated the spotlight album title.

The week has also seen a stack of new local tracks added to rotation including Eliza & The Delusionals' Nothing Yet, Gang Of Youths' In The Wake Of Your Leave, The Presets' You Belong and What So Not's Messin' Me Up featuring EVAN GIIA. 

International artist tracks that have been added to rotation include, alt-J's Hard Drive Gold, Dijon's Many Times, Kate Bollinger's Yards/Gardens and Mura Masa's 2gether.
