Ex-Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker after his recovery from the plane crash on September 19th this year has filed a law suit against the companies he believes are responsible for the crash and subsequential death of friends Chris Baker and Charles Monroe Still Jr. as well as the two pilots.
The law suit is against Goodyear Tire company and the owners of the Learjet Global Exec Aviation. The lawsuit alleges that the plane was "defective" and that the 2 pilots of the jet were not properly trained. It also claims that Goodyear were responsible for maintaining the aircraft. A National Transportation Safety Board report on the crash has not yet been finalized.
