Travis Barker settles plane crash lawsuit

Accoridng to an article on Billboard.com, Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker has settled his lawsuit over the 2008 plane crash that left four dead. Barker and friend DJ AM survived, although AM, real name Adam Goldstein, was recently found dead - from a drug overdose. In November 2008, Barker filed a lawsuit against Learjet, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co and the ownwers claiming that the companies improperly maintained the plane. One of the defense lawyers, William L. Robinson, confirmed that the case had been settled but that no details would be revealed due to confidentiality.
