American soul/jazz/funk royalty Tower Of Power will return to Australia next March for a whirlwind East Coast tour.

The three-date run will not only celebrate the group’s 50th anniversary but also promote their latest album, Soul Side Of Town, their first release to hit #1 on the US Jazz Chart.

“Playing in Australia has been sorely missing in our 50-year career, so we of Tower Of Power are extremely excited and anxious to come ‘Down Under’ and bring our best and most exciting shows to the continent we’ve been longing to play for all these years. Can’t wait,” Tower Of Power’s Emilio Castillo said.

They'll kick off the party in Melbourne late March before playing Sydney and Brisbane in the days that follow.
