Sydney and Melbourne score headline outings for the acclaimed producer
Grammy-winning British producer Tourist is backing up his sold-out debut Australian headline shows with another two solo outings early next year during his visit for the 2017 St Jerome's Laneway Festival.
The Stay With Me co-writer, also known as William Phillips, will add to his journey with performances at the Factory Theatre, in Sydney, and Melbourne's Corner Hotel.
It's not been that long since the lauded musician was in our neck of the woods, having ventured to the antipodes for the first time on an exceedingly brief visit back in August, once again stepping out in Sydney and Melbourne. Evidently the cities left a good impression, because he's heading back for more, still riding high from a calendar year filled with highs including the release of his debut album, U.
The latest release follows a short but prolific professional career that has included three EPs and several singles (some collaborative) as well as songwriting and/or production credits on songs co-written with Sam Smith (the aforementioned Stay With Me), Lapsley, Dillon Francis and JONES.
