Corrosion Of Conformity dates called off
The upcoming tour of American metal and punk act Corrosion Of Conformity has been cancelled after the financial backers of the tour, Redline Music, collapsed.
Sydney-based Redline, traditionally urban and R&B promoters, was founded in 2010 and has since promoted shows, after-parties and appearances with acts including Akon, Chris Brown, The Game and Tyga.
According to Corrosion Of Conformity's promoter's tour promoter, Christian Wright, Redline Music has now entered litigation that will force the company to stop trading Saturday 17 May.
As a result the tour's funding has been frozen and forced a cancellation.

Redline have not immediately responded to theMusic.com.au's request for comment, but a source has alleged that the Australian Taxation Office may be involved in the litigation.
Tickets to the Corrosion Of Conformity dates, which were to be supported by Weedeater, are now being refunded from point of purchase. The band – and promoter – are believed to be assessing their options for other upcoming tour opportunities.
The tour was due to start in July.
