Topshelf Records have announced that they have signed Baltimore's Have Mercy.
The band is stated to take cues from the likes of Makeout Party, The Early November, Seahaven, Northstar and The Jealous Sound, who they are currently on tour with.
They will be enterting the studio with J. Robbins to record their debut album, set to be released through Topshelf in 2013. For now, you can download their song "Let’s Talk About Your Hair" here for free on the Topshelf summer sampler.
