Thundamentals' Tuka Scores Top Ten Debut In Albums Chart

An awesome finish.

He was predicted to crack the top ten in the ARIA Albums Chart and Aussie hip-hop artist Tuka has done just that with his latest solo album,  Life Death Time Eternal debuting at #6 this week.

It is no doubt an incredibly impressive result for the rapper's third studio album, who also features as one-third of popular Aussie group, Thundamentals — check out our review of the album here

Meanwhile, also debuting on the charts this week is Splendour 2015 act Years & Years, whose debut album Communion finished just one spot ahead of Tuka at #5.

And for a third straight week Aussie legends John Farnham and Olivia Newton-John topped the Albums Chart again with their live concert album, Two Strong Hearts, while Meghan TrainorEd Sheeran and Taylor Swift again retained second, third and fourth spots respectively.

Over on the Singles Chart, Trainor has yet another reason to celebrate as her hit song, Like I'm Gonna Lose You featuring John Legend again took out the #1 position, while Candian singer The Weeknd climbed one spot to #2 with his popular track, Can't Feel My Face.

Aussie dance duo Peking Duk's new tune, Say My Name featuring Benjamin Joseph also debuted this week, finishing up in the #29 position.
