This will be a close one.
This week's battle for top spot on the ARIA Albums chart looks to be between two acts who are yet to claim a #1 record in Australia — UK outfit The xx and local country act, The McClymonts.
The xx's third LP, I See You, has been getting a lot of love from fans and critics, while the McClymonts are hoping to tick a #1 off the list with their sixth studio album, Endless.
Midweek figures suggest that both albums are primed for top three debuts, though the Trolls soundtrack is still well in the mix, having taken out #1 for two straight weeks, and is a chance to spoil the party for both The xx and The McClymonts.
Rounding out the album debuts this week include Bonobo's Migration (top 15), Saviour's Let Me Leave, One Ok Rock's Ambitions and Run The Jewels' Run The Jewels 3 (all top 40).

Over on the Singles chart, Ed Sheeran made ARIA chart history when he took out first and second place with his new singles, Shape Of You and Castle On The Hill last week and you shouldn't expect that to change.
Not only are the tracks racking up an enormous amount of streams, but with news that the UK songwriter will be heading to Australia next month, as well as announcing a release date for his upcoming LP, we don't see the singles getting run down anytime soon.
Expect to see The Chainsmokers' new track Paris land in the top ten, while Alessia Cara's How Far I'll Go and Migos' Bad & Boujee, featuring Lil Uzi Vert, are likely to debut in the top 30 and 40 respectively.
