The Wombats Plot Epic 2025 Australian Tour

Indie rockers The Wombats are returning to Australia—their home away from home—this September and October.

The English group will headline venues in Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney and headline the SummerSalt Festival in Torquay, Tamborine, Lake Macquarie, and Fremantle, alongside beloved Aussie outfits DMA’S and Ball Park Music.

For the tour and SummerSalt dates, The Wombats will be joined by special guests Del Water Gap, Bea And Her Business, and Ra Ra Viper.

Mastercard and eligible CommBank Yello customers can score special access to pre-sale tickets on Wednesday, 12 February, at 11 am local time. Westfield members can access exclusive reserved tickets on Monday, 17 February, at 12 pm local time.

The Secret Sounds pre-sale (register here) will open at 12 pm local time on Friday, 14 February, ahead of the general sale opening at 12 pm local time on Monday, 17 February. You can find more ticketing information on the Secret Sounds website.

The Wombats are returning to Australia in support of their impending sixth album, Oh! The Ocean, which will be released this Friday, 14 February.

Oh! The Ocean is packed with “confessional emotional honesty” that showcases the Liverpool band at their most cathartic, relatable, catchy, and playful. Their most sonically adventurous album yet, The Wombats teamed up with renowned producer John Congleton (St. Vincent, Wallows, Death Cab For Cutie) to head towards a mature new phase.
