The WombatsThe Wombats are either trying to clock up the frequent flyer miles or gain permanent residency status as they have just announced another round of shows in Australia.
In addition to a run of sold out dates last month, an epic Splendour In The Grass show and being previously announced on the Spilt Milk and Grapevine festival line-ups, the Liverpuddlian marsupials will also play venues in Perth and Brisbane this November.

It looks like the band will be bringing some new music on the road too after drummer Dan Haggis confirmed on The Music Podcast at Splendour In The Grass this year that the band has "got a couple of new songs that [they] recorded in May that are gonna come out in August or September".
