The Veils’ Finn Andrews Announces Full Band East Coast Tour

Indie rock maestro Finn Andrews will embark on a whirlwind headline tour this May in support of his forthcoming solo album, One Piece At A Time.

The news comes as The Veils’ singer releases single One By The Venom, another taste of what expect come March 15.

"I've always had a real thing about lists - this is a list of the many ways there are to meet your maker,” Andrews said. 

“I just started writing it on the tube, and it became quite obsessive. There are another five or six verses I didn't use. The song was all recorded live and has a really fierce little spirit.”

The New Zealand-raised musician returned home after a chaotic few years in London to pen One Piece At A Time.

“[London] was making me sick and I needed to get out, my relationship had broken down, so I went back to New Zealand,” he said.

“I had a feeling I’d be able to find the right people there to make the album, and it was as far away as I could go from where I was before, which felt necessary as well.”

Andrews will play Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne in early May; all the details of which you can find in theGuide.
