Four of Australia’s most promising artists: Mere Theory, Fifty Sixx, Closure In Moscow and The Paper & The Plane are hitting the road as a quadruple headlining Bill on one of Autumn's most anticipated tours - appropriately titled "The Vectors Tour".

The Vectors Tour promotes four great bands from four different states touring together, sharing a common course and heading in the same direction as the next wave of Australia’s best live acts.

Adelaide's Mere Theory is one of Australia’s most respected rock bands. Their debut critically acclaimed album "Catalan Atlas" features the singles You Will Never Win, Gracefully, Stand up and Triple J favourite Stabilize. The band is touring on the back of national tours with Horsell Common and Karnivool, and they have just finished filming their new video 'Stand Up'.

Having been hailed as one of Blunt Magazines 25 bands to watch in 2008, Sydney's Fifty Sixx have been touring relentlessly and turning heads across the country with the Re-Release of their EP "Prescriptions For The Rich". In addition to their touring schedule, the band is busy song writing as they prepare to record their debut album following this tour.

Closure In Moscow, the youngest of the bunch, are one of Melbourne's brightest stars. The band is making waves in Australia and abroad, having recently recorded their much anticipated albumette "The Penance & The Patience" with US producer Kris Crummett. Having Coheed & Cambria as your first national tour speaks volumes of this bands artistic ability to play with the best.

Relatively new kids on the Scene, Brisbane’s The Paper & The Plane are a Gem in the Sunshine State. The band has a highly acclaimed live show which saw fans go crazy when they supported Long Island heavy weights "Brand New" and Texans "Explosions in the Sky". The Paper & The Plane will release their much anticipated EP "A year, one month, sixteen days and counting" to coincide with the Vectors Tour.
