Taylor Swift is back on her Eras tour, starting the latest leg of the run with two shows in Paris (9 and 10 May) with special guests Paramore.

With Swift’s return to the stage, the Eras tour setlist has changed significantly after she added seven songs from her new album, The Tortured Poets Department.

In addition to the new songs, two of her albums—folklore and evermore—became one Era on the setlist, while other album Eras were moved around.

The surprise songs on night one were Paris (from Midnights) and loml (from The Tortured Poets Department). The surprise songs on night two were Is It Over Now? (from 1989: Taylor’s Version) and My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys (from The Tortured Poets Department).

The Tortured Poets Department songs officially added to the main setlist are But Daddy I Love Him, So High School, Who’s Afraid Of Little Old Me, Down Bad, Fortnight, The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived, and I Can Do It With A Broken Heart.

Swift’s Eras tour still starts with the Lover era and ends with the Midnights era, closing the show with Karma.

Her new album began as a 16-song affair, but Swift shocked fans by announcing that it was actually a double album, adding another 15 songs for The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology.

The Tortured Poets Department arrived with massive fanfare after Swift opted not to release any singles in the lead-up to the big day.

For the LP, Swift once again joined forces with producers Jack Antonoff and Aaron Dessner (of The National fame) for an indie-pop-sounding album with flashes of rock and electronic music.

In a live review of Swift’s first show of the Eras tour at the MCG, The Music’s Christopher Lewis wrote, “The Eras Tour is, first and foremost, Taylor Swift’s victory lap. But at three and a half hours long, it’s a victory marathon.”
