In the midst of recording sessions for a new album, which is being done here in Australia, Canadian rockers The Tea Party have announced they will set off on a mini east coast tour of the country, performing one off, acoustic shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

The Tea Party have never performed a show like this in Australia, and the set list is said to encompass hits from their expansive 12 year career, with the possibility of a few new gems from their forthcoming release.

The news of a new record is exciting as well, given it has been almost ten years since we last heard new material from the classic '90s rockers.

Having performed a series of sold out shows when they toured last year, fans would do well to get in quick with regards to ticket purchases.
