The Strums Drop New Single And Tour Announce

The single is released the same day as their first show

With a new single on the way and a recent line-up change, proprietors of punk The Strums have announced an east coast tour taking shape throughout April and May. 

The forthcoming single Bare Hands to be released 15 April delves into new territory for the Brisbane outfit, producing a more raw and unrestricted sound, heading back towards their punk roots. 
 
Said to be "a lament for failing relationships, and a rally cry for letting go", Bare Hands was produced and mixed by Alex Markwell from The Delta Riggs and mastered by renowned engineer Brian Lucy (Arctic Monkeys, The Black Keys).
 
The band will also head out on the road with the new single on a five-date tour starting the day the new single is released.
 
Catch The Strums at Sol Bar on 15 April in Sunshine Coast, The Old Bar on 22 April in Melbourne, Brighton Up Bar on 23 April in Sydney, The Northern on 28 April in Byron Bayand finishing off back in Brisbane at the Black Bear Lodge on 14 May.
