"We are appalled by the actions of the singer."
Californian pop punk outfit The Story So Far have been banned from a Toronto music venue after the band's lead singer delivered an unexpected flying kick to a selfie-taking fan on stage.
The girl appears to climb on stage and calmly tries to take a selfie, when frontman Parker Cannon jumps in the air and kicks her in the back, causing the girl to fall into the crowd at Mod Club.
As CBC reports, Mod Club's manager Jorge Dias banned the punk band from the venue, stating "We are appalled by the actions of the singer. That was a very cowardly act."
Dias said he hadn't seen behaviour like this in the venue's 14 years. You can catch the footage at the 35 second mark.

Cannon was caught on film kicking another punter taking a selfie on stage last year in Houston — you can see the act at 12 min 20 seconds.
Fans are calling out Cannon's uncalled for behaviour on Twitter, particularly as it's not the first time it has occurred.
Well it seems Parker Cannon has kicked someone else off stage. That's the story so far, as we have it.

It's not funny. It's not cool. It's not tough. It is incredibly lame to be an adult who hits teenagers. @thestorysofarca

The money she would have spent buying your merch will now go to her hospital bills.@thestorysofarca
Big up to @thestorysofarca's vocalist for drop kicking a fan off the stage. Pleasant way to treat someone who paid to come and see you!
