Melbourne favourites The Smith Street Band have announced a national tour for this August and September, alongside fellow Poison City Weekender acts Joyce Manor (US) and Cheap Girls (US).

The folk-punk outfit will play ten shows on the tour, culminating in a sold-out headline show at the Corner Hotel in Melbourne as part of the Poison City Weekender festival. The tour will be the band's last shows before they head overseas for an inaugural UK/Europe tour, as well as a slot on this year's 'Fest' lineup in Gainesville, Florida.
