More The Prodigy More The Prodigy

Veteran electro act The Prodigy are capitalising on the spotlight afforded them by their impending appearance at Future Music Festival Asia by pushing out details of their forthcoming sixth studio full-length, revealed to be titled The Day Is My Enemy.

With a projected international release date of Monday 30 March, the 14-track album marks the first new work from the outfit since 2009's Invaders Must Die — not including 2011's live collection World's On Fire. The album's lead single, Nasty, which is due for release later this month (likely 12 January, given the band's hint to check their website on that date), will be the second cut on the record, which we now know will sport the cover artwork below.

The band have been dropping hints about the new LP of late with dribs and drabs of new information, recently posting a teaser video clearly designed to wind us up with excitement ahead of Nasty's release in the near future. Watch the clip below if you want to get all worked up with nowhere to go, but, otherwise, check the new details at The Prodigy's website and hang tight for things to get Nasty.
