Beloved Melbourne outfit The Peep Tempel have added three final shows to their Tales tenth anniversary run, visiting their fans in Adelaide and Brisbane for the first time in nearly seven years.
Set to deliver electrifying performances to celebrate their acclaimed second album, Tales, the final album tour dates bring The Peep Tempel to three cities as they make rare live appearances.
The newly announced tour dates follow energetic shows in Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne, plus a headline slot at the Gum Ball music festival and a performance at Dark Mofo in Hobart next weekend.
The new shows will take place at Adelaide’s Lion Arts Factory on Friday, 3 October, Crowbar Brisbane on Saturday, 4 October, and Melbourne’s Croxton Bandroom on Thursday, 9 October. Tickets are available now via the venue websites or the Wing Sing website.
Vocalist Blake Scott said of the newly announced shows, “We weren’t sure how this was going to go, but we are playing better than we ever have. Seven years’ rest was just what we needed.
“So many friendly faces still to see, old friends, new friends. Can’t wait to eat in Adelaide, morning Yum Cha, Yiros, late night pie floaters and the McLeod, Matera debate. To breathe the air of a Dutton-free Brisbane for the first time. It will be a time.”

The Peep Tempel resurfaced from their six-year hiatus in February 2024 by headlining the OK Motels Festival.
Before their hiatus and sold-out farewell tour in 2017, The Peep Tempel released three acclaimed albums – 2012’s self-titled LP, 2014’s Tales, and 2016’s Joy. For nine years, they were unstoppable – the trio of vocalist and guitarist Blake Scott, drummer Steven Carter and bassist Stewart Rayner toured non-stop across Australia.
