The second line-up announcement for the National Celtic Festival brings in both local and international talent to the Victorian town of Portarlington this June.
Featured in the line-up are Talisk, winners of the BBC 2 Young Folk Awards, Gillian Boucher in collaboration with Bob McNeill and Ireland's Barnstorm Theatre Company.
Local acts for the festival include singer-songwriter Damian Howard, Celtic rockers The Borderers, actor Felix Nobis and the Melbourne Scottish Fiddlers.
Over 65 acts from around the world will perform across 12 different venues.
