The Mission In Motion have announced a national tour of Australia this November to launch their debut album “ Somewhere Safe” which was released nationally through Taperjean/ Shock. “Somewhere Safe” was well received both by fans and industry alike with the bands lead single “ New Skin” being added to high rotation on prominent radio station Triple J. No Strangers to the road, the band have toured relentlessly in 2010 supporting the likes of Senses Fail (usa), Scary Kids, Scarying Kids (usa) as well as headlining a festival in Singapore and their own successful shows and no signs of slowing down the band intend to see 2010 to an end with the way they started, on the road. Joining the tour will be pop punk upstarts Valencia (usa) , whom are no strangers to our shores having toured Australia in 2009 as part of the Soundwave Festival. Valencia have been bunkered down in the studio with producer Mark Trombino (Blink 182, Starting Line, Gyroscope) working on their 3rd studio album ...

Valencia have been bunkered down in the studio with producer Mark Trombino (Blink 182, Starting Line, Gyroscope) working on their 3rd studio album “ Dancing With A Ghost” which will be released October 2010 in time for their Australian tour. Prior to their visit Valencia will spend October on a US tour with Say Anything, Saves the day and Motion City Soundtrack.

Rounding out the bill on select dates will be Sydney’s Ladies & Gentlemen whom are preparing to release their debut EP “ Brighter Lights” on September 24th via Taperjean/ Shock.

Sweet kicks will be a much needed accessory at all shows, with Macbeth Footwear coming to the party with fans whom pre purchase a ticket will go into the draw to win a pair of Macbeth Shoes. There will be one winner announced per week picked at random.
