This January will see tour pals Sydney’s The Mission In Motion & Melbourne’s Stealing O’Neal heading out on “The Good Times Killer Rhymes Part 2 Tour”, a co headlining tour taking in NSW and VIC for an all ages summer sojourn.
It has been a whirlwind year for Sydney 5 piece The Mission In Motion, since the release of their debut album “Somewhere Safe”, which spawned two high rotation Triple J singles as well as being featured as part of Triple J’s next crop artists for 2010.
Fresh off the back of their successful album tour with sell out shows in Sydney & Melbourne, 2011 is set to be an even bigger year with The Mission In Motion announcing shows with Four Year Strong & Set Your Goals in Japan as well as an appearance on the Sydney leg of the Big Day Out.
Coming off the back of the release of their fun-filled debut album ‘Don’t Sleep’, Melbourne pop punk band Stealing O’Neal will be launching themselves into yet another exciting national tour
It’s fair to say that the 5 friends have become one of the tightest touring rock acts in the country after honing their skills on national dates with acts such as The Used, The Ataris, All Time Low, Cute is What We Aim For and many more. Bringing together a blend of matured musicianship and youthful ideals ‘Don’t Sleep’ can only be noted as another leap in this young band’s career. Catch them this January as they show crowds exactly what they’re capable of.
Rounding out the bill is Brisbane pop punk upstarts “I Am Villain” whom are preparing to release their debut EP “One Night, One Victim” in January via Taperjean / Shock Records. Having already completed a slew of successful national tours, 2011 is set to be a big year.
