Album details and tour unveiled
Sister trio The McClymonts have dropped one of the most infectious Australian singles of this year today with the title track to their upcoming album Here's To You And I.
Coming off performances at Tamworth earlier in the year, the band have also confirmed album tour dates which will kick off Friday 4 July, the day the record comes out. Here's To You And I was recorded between Sydney and Brooke McClymont's Central Coast home studio, which was a change of approach given they've traditional ventured overseas to record. Lindsay Rimes, who's worked with Lee Kernaghan and Tina Arena, came on as a producer.
The single follows Going Under (Didn't Have To), released earlier this year, and is again evident of the trio's increasingly honest songwriting. Brooke is married to Adam Eckersley, who released an album with his band earlier this year, and tales of falling in love and heartbreak are sure to feature throughout.
