Brisbane indie rock band The Jungle Giants have unveiled their return to stages this year on a huge all-ages run of shows around Australia.

The tour will be celebrating their album Speakerzoid, as well as their newly released B-side to the album, Special.

The “Together We Can Work Together” tour will feature hand-picked tour supports including Gideon Bensen, previously a member of The Preatures but now out on his own as a solo artist. Sydneysiders The Lulu Raes will also be joining The Jungle Giants nationally, along with Brisbane composer Machine Age with his mechanical electronic glitches.

The band's Sam Hales says of the tour name, "It’s a title that started as a misheard phrase during a board game in the early days of recording Speakerzoid.

"We all loved it so much we considered making it the album title. As a song lyric it’s like an infinite loop; once you've finished saying it you have already started saying it again. It’s also a good party mantra."

The tour will begin in Brisbane on 17 June, after which it'll head to Adelaide on 18 June, Melbourne on June 24, Sydney on 25 June, Mandurah on 8 July and Perth on 9 July.
