The Haunted Announce New Lineup

The Swedish metal lords are ready and rearing to go

After a long period of restructuring and regrouping, Swedish metal pioneers The Haunted have finally announced they will be continuing as a band, and are pleased to be back with a new and full lineup to share with the world.

The band have been keeping very quiet since the loss of three core members (Peter Dolving Anders Björler and Per Möller Jensen) last year, which founding member and guitarist Jensen states was, "a pretty huge blow". With quitting not an option, Jensen and bassist Jonas Björler immediately set to work to rebuild the band.

Additions to the influential metal group include: Ola Englund as lead guitar, Marco Aro on vocals and Adrian Erlandsson on drums. The latter two have been involved in the band in previous years, with Aro providing vocals on The Haunted Made Me Do It, Live Rounds In Tokyo and One Kill Wonder of the group's first album, and Erlandsson playing drums from 1996-1999.
